I just told that to my coworkers (um, because it was so hilarious over margaritas) and only one of them got it. The one who lives in sf and, uh, acutally had tried to park in the city. Oh man, i kill myself.
Love that joke. Heard a variation of ot on that old British sitcom called Vicar of Dibley. I love horribly corny jokes though... :)
